Luiza Arieta-Verlinden, DMD
Dr. Luiza Arieta-Verlinden was born in Brazil and moved to Western PA when she was young. She graduated from Greater Latrobe High School with high honors in 2012 and moved to Pittsburgh. She attended the University of Pittsburgh where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a Minor in Chemistry in 2016. She took a gap year and was a graduate teaching assistant and did genetics research at the Department of Biological Sciences. Dr. Arieta then completed her dental school studies at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and graduated in 2021. During her time in dental school, she had great opportunities to provide community service at Pittsburgh Mission of Mercy, as well as a few weeks at the Johnstown Salvation Army, where she provided dental service to underserved patients.
She is ecstatic to be joining the associates and providing quality dental care in a family practice.
In her spare time, Dr. Arieta loves to travel and hike with her husband, Nate, spend time with her family, and play tennis.
